Since opening our doors in 1991, Henry’s Tackle Shop has been all about one thing: helping anglers get the most out of their time on the water. We’re based right here on Bally bough Road in Dublin, just minutes from the Royal Canal and River Tolka, ideal spots for coarse fishing and urban angling. If you ask around about Henry’s Tackle Shop, it’s a go-to for locals, but thanks to our online store, we’ve become a trusted name for fishing equipment all across Ireland.
We’re not a big chain. We’re a small team of real anglers who fish, test gear, and speak your language. Whether you’re chasing bass in the surf or spinning for pike, we’ve got the right tackle and honest advice to get you sorted.
Our Online Store opened in 2005 at the advent of decent broadband so our experience in this field is unapparelled in Ireland. If you are reasonably local or a visitor to our neighbour Croke Park Stadium you can browse our catalogue and select your items of interest. If you need your items shipped you can order with confidence online or by phone knowing we that have 20+ years of experience of local and international shipping.
Outside actual items in stock we do offer prospective stock. This will be marked as Preorder and will have a projected delivery date. These may sometimes be ordered online. Otherwise by phone by placing a deposit. Best efforts will be made to stick to the delivery date and updates will be sent.
